If you want French - Mediterranean meals, we should meet! I will design a menu that fits your habits and your tastes. Based on the number of meals you want, I can come to your place to cook 1-3 times per week. I will take care of the shopping list, using only great products, organics if possible.
I also like to cook Postnatal food for mothers. For this special occasion, I prepare meals with excellent sources of proteins, Vitamines C and B12, Omega-3, Iron and antioxidant.
I work in NYC; and Upstate NY, Long Island and France (Paris or Province) for shorts periods.
Fish: Roasted citrus salmon, Grilled swordfish, Miso cod.
Poultry: Orechiette with Chicken Sausage and Broccoli, Fennel Cumin Chicken, Thai Basil Chicken, Pomegranate Chicken, Za'atar Roast Chicken, Japanese chicken balls, Chich Taouk marinated chicken.
Beef: Green Chili Beef Curry, Beef Bourguignon, Beef Bolognese Ragut, Beef and sage stew.
Vegan: Quinoa Taboule (GF), Lemon-Fennel Israeli Couscous Risotto, Shiitake Mushroom Quinotto (GF).
Soup & Broth: Red lentils, brown rice and cinnamon, Cabbage and bacon broth, Moroccan Chorba soup.
Hummus, Herbed Chickpeas, Potato & kale hash, Minty Peas, Green Beans with toasted almonds, Roasted Portobello, Green Asparagus, Roasted butternut squash with tahini sauce.
