My next cooking class will take place on Saturday, November 4th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm in Greenpoint - Brooklyn.
Au menu, 2 courses:
* Creamy cauliflower soup, homemade curry and cashews *
* White fish fillet steamed, sauce Bretonne and spinach fondue *
I wanted to make dishes that you can easily do again at home. The soup is perfect for weekday evenings, it is simple, comforting and healthy. And the fish dish can be a very good recipe if you have guests at home. Its gourmet sauce that reminds me French Brittany will seduce more than one.
This course will be followed by a tasting of our achievements.
The price is $ 60 per person or $ 30 if you bring a person.
